    Took my vehicle to Aamco in ********* for a transmission evaluation. I was told needed a transmission (rebuilt) the job would take 2weeks ! My car was at the shop for five weeks , however the bill my credit from the day my car went to the shop. I disputed the charges because I lost a month of interest free 12months . The owner after numerous phone calls and getting credit company involved he changed the bill date to the day I got my car back. They offer a 10 day courtesy (no appointment necessary) check drive while you wait. I went twice but no one was available! My car is now making a knocking sound . I called the shop and told me to bring it in 13 days from today . I wont drive it because Im afraid the transmission will be damaged. I can not afford another ******* repair nor can I afford to be without a car for 14 days !

    Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Were sorry to hear about M/S ******* experience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience she may have faced. Our goal is to provide the best possible service, and it sounds like we fell short this time. We installed the first transmission, but it was having issues, so we were waiting for the vendor to send the second transmission. M/S ******* picked up the vehicle on 09/13/2024.
    We received a call from M/S ******* on 10/22/24 complaining about a knocking noise. We set the appointment with M/S ******* for the next day, 10/23/2024. M/S ******* brought her vehicle in on 10/23/24. We checked and diagnosed the vehicle on the same day but could not find any issues or concerns with it. We called M/S ******* on 10/23/24 to update her about the vehicle. M/S ******* came on 10/24/2024 to pick up her vehicle. The transmission work done on the vehicle comes with a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and hope to earn back your trust.

    Was told it would be 650$-2500$ to fix my wife’s car and I told the worker that I wouldn’t be able to do any more than 2500$ he promised me the price wouldn’t go up. Call me after I have the van towed there and said the transmission isn’t repairable so it’s 6100$ or 570$ to get the car from the shop. This seems to be the case with a lot of other costumers of there’s. They have multiple reviews on Google from former customers dealing with the same thing I am. This place is a scam they are luring customers in and taking advantage of the vehicle owners when they are most vulnerable.

    One of the videos is from April when they originally did it. May 25 is the second video with the police. There work order states June 15. If in May I asked for the car back because I wasn't paying anymore money. Why fix the part?
