    On April 8, 2024, I reached out to National Assembly to get a quote to install a 12'x16' Yardistry Gazebo. They quoted me $900 and said that if I paid in advance, they would be able to get me on the schedule sooner. I agreed and sent them the $900 via Zelle. I was initially scheduled for install on April 27, 2024 at 9am. I got an email the night before that they were "hacked" by a former employee. They were unable to give me any reschedule details for a few days but ultimately rescheduled for May 9th. Rescheduled due to weather to May 14th. Rescheduled again (supposedly due to weather however it was NOT raining during my scheduled time) to May 18th which was a perfectly sunny day. The team no-showed. I got a text from the owner of the company, Steven L. who I'd been coordinating with, that he would be driving down to complete the work in the next 24-48 hours himself. I had asked at the last reschedule to also go ahead and get a secondary schedule date confirmed so that was already on the books for 5/22 at 8am. After that last text from Steven, none of my messages delivered and all calls went straight to voicemail. I tried calling the corporate office and emailing the company several times after there was again a no-show on 5/22 and haven't been able to talk to anyone.

    In summary: I prepaid this company $900 to install a Yardistry 12'x16' Gazebo in our back yard. They have rescheduled several times without reasonable cause and now are not answering calls or emails. At this point, I'd just like a refund.
