    I went to ********* for a mammogram which was covered by my insurance. They sent me a certified letter after telling me I may be in danger, and I must come back for another MRI for more clarity. I called them and they assured me the extra images would be covered by my insurance. I went back in for the extra images, and everything was fine. Then I got a bill for over $600. Ive tried to contact them several times to fix the issue. They have sent me to collections, and it dropped my credit score drastically. Im now getting letters from lawyers. I need them to drop this charge. Its been 3 years of trying to get them to fix their mistake and stick to their word that it would be covered. They billed it wrong. Additionally I believe this particular company operates with a bait and switch tactic.

    I assure you we do not and never have tried a "bait and switch".  I have forwarded this complaint to our billing department and should have a resolution shortly
