    Ordered roses/flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for the day before Valentine's Day . She received them on time . Flowers seemed average/ok..and strawberries were just okay as well. Would have left it at that. But the next day all the roses started completely drooping over..very noticeable..my daughter and my wife commented that I should complain...which I did through the website..no response from the store that fulfilled my order. Tried calling 800 number and talk to a real person which was difficult.. after speaking with someone I was placed on hold for 10 mins and then eventually connected to the Store that fulfilled my orders voicemail. Frustrated.as I was I left a message stating how I haven't heard back from anyone regarding my complaint and that I felt I was owed a refund and I would support this with photos. Still nothing..Then. Searched for an email to send a complaint to at edible arrangements..think It was the right one ...not sure again as it was not easy to find...and again nothing. So here we are with me making my first complaint ever with the BBB.
