    PureLife HVAC and the owner, Cristian, installed a new Goodman AC (Air Conditioning) unit in our home in August 2022, i.e., approximately 1.75 years ago. The unit functioned well for the remainder of the summer, but last year had major problems and this year is not operational.
    I have contacted PureLife over 30 times for the past month (since early May, 2024), requesting Cristian to come out and see what is wrong with and fix the unit. The unit is still under warranty (10 years from Goodman) and 2 years for labor and service with PureLife HVAC.
    Cristian responded to a text 2 weeks ago and said he would get back to me to schedule a time (after at least 10 calls and texts). Since then, I have heard nothing at all, even after leaving at least 5 voice mails the last two weeks and many, many texts (all of which I have saved).
    It is getting hot and we need the unit to work and PureLife, as the installer and original warrantor, needs to service and fix the unit. But I cannot get Cristian to respond and the whole family is frustrated living in warmth with an ostensibly new AC unit that does not work.
    Fortunately, we have 3 units and the other 2 are working so we are able to move in the house to areas that are cool, but the non-functioning unit covers all the bedrooms, so as you can imagine, it is very frustrating.
    I don't want to have to sue PureLife but may be forced to if they do not respond.

    My name is ************* and I am the house owner of ******************************************************************. My tenant who lived in my house complained that theres a room in the house not getting enough cooling or heating in November, 2023. So I hired Pure Life HVAC LLC to replace the ** first, I paid $2500 for the ** in November. And the heating was still not enough after the ** was installed, so the same company replaced the furnace for me in early December, I paid $3000 for the Furnace.However, I was supposed to provide the model number and serial number for both systems within 60 days for ** and furnace warranty with ******* company which provided the machine. However, *** requested the Pure Life HVAC LLC to send me the information for over 4 months, they never send me the serial number, so I couldnt register my warranty with ******* in time. I was also supposed to get permits before the company replaced my ** and furnace, Pure Life HVAC LLC told me they had the permits. However, when I requested a copy of the permit, they never send it to me. And then I called my township and found out theres no permit for my house on file, so no inspection could be performed to verify the ** and furnace were installed appropriately. Pure Life HVAC LLC ignored my phone calls, my text messages and never get back to **** am so disappointed by their service and now my heating system is having an issue and I am afraid the system was not installed correctly. I request Pure Life HVAC LLC to get my permits and inspection for the newly replaced ** and furnace, or refund me the money so I can find another company to do the same job.Thanks for your help.Regards,*****
