    AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!!!On April 11, 2025 my 2019 Hyundai Tucson began stalling. On the 12th had it towed to Towne Hyundai. On the 16th, I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. Drove vehicle off lot and it stalled on Rt. 10. Was able to get it started and drove it back to the dealership. Closer inspection of the paperwork revealed that they never checked the vehicle for stalling! Listed reason for having it towed there as the check engine light being on. When I asked to speak to a manager, he was completely unapologetic and apathetic. When I said they put my safety in jeopardy, he said he couldnt speak about the past. After nearly 3 months of misinformation, and no answers, they finally figured out it was a faulty crankshaft sensor causing the stalling, which as it was no longer covered under warranty, I had to pay for. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle on 7/17, I paid the bill and my wife and I were told to have a seat in the waiting room. They forgot about us, after waiting for over 50 minutes on my lunch hour, someone came by and asked what we were still doing there. The car was ready but they never told us. Started the car and a warning light came on that a brake light was out. Went back in to tell them, they took it to the bay, came back 5 minutes later and said it was a loose connection in the brake light relay assembly. They said it was fixed. We got about a mile from the dealership and it came back on!!! I was so mad, but after the 3 month ordeal I wasnt taking it back there. Took it to a mechanic and paid them to fix the brake light.Worst dealership service experience ever!!!!

    Warning to those who have purchased and plan on purchasing from Town Hyundai in *********** Please read your contract very well for charges you paid for and did not get such as Etch Registration that should be on all windows 199. charge Military Vet discount make sure you have proof of 500 discount do not take there word .do not take there word of dealer discount you seen online. make sure salesman takes accessories out of box for you and install them also ask why you paid 289.for a used car prep if its a new car ??? 595. for paper work WOW !!! Just dont trust them . Very Sorry we went there .
