      Very prompt to make an appt to come give me an estimate for tree removal. **** was very nice. However, when it came time to schedule an appt to remove trees and discuss adding additional trees for removal ***** was not helpful. I waited weeks for them to contact me in which they never did, so I reached out and ***** seemed surprised that I wanted services. Then out of no where on a Monday ***** was calling and emailing to schedule an appt for the next day! I couldnt do that since I had questions about additional trees to be removed and I wanted pricing before I proceeded. Tuesday came and my husband and I reached out to talk to **** about the extra trees and NO ONE CALLED US BACK or emailed Me !! Its been over a week and silence! Very very rude and Im annoyed I waited so long for them.
