    I was referred to Mike from a contractor when my roof was damaged , on January 3rd. Mike started the process of getting the claim going through insurance. Insurance came out and gave him push back on what they wanted to pay for the damage. Once that occured Mike vanished, I was constantly trying to get updates and communication from him with no success. I had to reach out to the contractor multiple times to reach him and prompt him to reply to me, An appraisal was scheduled and no one showed up leaving me home waiting, I found out from insurance he cancelled the visit and did not relay the message, Insurance contiinued to try to reschedule and he would not respond to them either. Insurance sent him $2061.99 for part of the repair for my job and he randomly sent me a check for $1526.59, I reached out once again to ask why and no explination came to me. At that point I ended services with him based on his abandonment of this job. I am aware the contract says he gets 25 percent of the insurance proceeds, but it also says he will undertake all actions necessary to assist with the completion of this which he did not. do. I would like the missing $535.50 so I can move forward with making these repairs
