I brought my vehicle to ****** Midas in January 2023 to have my front brakes fixed. I was charged $830. Three months later my front driver side brake felt tight. I brought my vehicle back to ****** Midas and asked if they could let me know what was wrong with my vehicle. They kept my vehicle for 7 days and told me repeatedly they could not find anything wrong with my vehicle. I drove my vehicle from ****** Midas to ******* Midas and asked them to take a look at my vehicle. In 15 minutes they told me ****** Midas did not put the tubes on the front brakes and the front right brake was locking up based on this error. I took my vehicle back to ****** and only then did they admit that something was wrong with the front brakes. They replaced them at no charge. Less than 3 weeks later my front passenger brake was squeaking. I ****** my vehicle to the ******* Midas which informed me the front brake pad and rotor had to be replaced which was still under warranty. ****** Midas charged me to repair my front brakes in ******** would not admit that something was wrong until I got another Midas dealer to look at the issue, then made the repair at no charge only to find out weeks later they didn't repair the passenger brakes correctly either. I attempted to resolve this issue with TBS the parent company but was told the owner of **************** Midas would not do anything.
