    I went into the boutique in search of a dress for my daughter's dance. She tried on the dress but it needed alterations. I put a $150 deposit on the dress. We went back to do another fitting with the shoes as the owner told us. When we went for the second fitting the owners assistant assisted us as the dress was not fitted to my daughter's chest area. The assistant told us that the owner was going on vacation and she didnt know if she would do the alterations needed. She put the pins in so that it could be altered. A few days later I received a call from the owner ********* telling me that she could not do the alterations and I proceeded to tell her that if she could not do the alterations then I was no longer interested in the dress. She told me to come in but I repeated that I was no longer interested and needed a refund if she could not complete the dress as needed because why would I buy a dress that they cannot make fit my daughter correctly. Between June and now I have called and left multiple messages and never received a response. Today I finally got in touch with the owner and was told that I have to wait for the dress to be sold to get my refund which makes no sense because if I never received the dress why do I have to wait when there were no alterations done to the dress and I never got the dress as they refused to do what was necessary to make the transaction complete. Had they been willing to do the alterations I would have still bought the dress. I was told it wasn't possible so I took my business elsewhere. I am looking to have my $150 refunded as I never got the dress because of their bad business and not wanting to alter it.
