    This is a quote on their website, which is a complete lie!:"we have the fastest turnaround time of any online retailer. We ship out a replacement the same day you ship yours back, (using our prepaid mailer). We don't wait for it to come back first before we replace it for you."I gave 2 stars because they straight up lie. I have ordered from this company twice. The first time went great. The 2nd time I ordered 2 phones. One did not work with my service and the camera would say "camera failed" everytime I tried to use it. I would have just kept the phone for my husband, had the camera worked because it worked with his sim card. I explained this to the owner, and he said I could get a refund or a new phone, so long as I send mine back. I sent the tracking info to the owner, as well as to the website email, and did not hear back until the day before delivery (almost a week!). He finally responded and said the item was due, but did not answer me on whether he had shipped the replacement phone (like the website says they would have already done, well before this time.). Fast forward to the day after the phone is delivered, I dont hear anything at all until ****** notifies me that I was sent a refund instead of a phone, and it is still currently pending. (They recieved the phone Tuesday, here it is Saturday).

    Seller sold cell phone "New In Box", but arrived with screen burn in. ****** refused to help.
