    Horrible! Scammers. I filed a complaint with the BBB months ago and Right Choice never responded to the BBB investigation. So I don't know why there are no customer reviews. This company is BAD. They intalled steps that are 10, 8 and 7 inches apart, the bottom step being to high and not up to code. There are now some chips in the brick which they ran out off and waiting all day to get two more bricks to finish the job. Therefore since they were in such a rush to finish, the brick worker left footprint in the asphalt. The asphalt in the driveway is very poor quality (pourous and uneven) and is now sinking. We called them more than 10 times. They failed to show up when the said they would and then they didn't answer and their voice mail was full. They did not respond to email. They have also not responded to a complaint we filed with NJ Consumer Affairs. Poor quality work and how can they offer a guarantee if you can't get in touch with them? They obviously took the money and ran. Oh, and I might add they brought their little girls to see the job and we were gracious enough to give them water, a snack and use our bathroom. Right Choice is the wrong choice.
