    I hired this company to assist with my e-commerce website, but unfortunately, they did not fulfill the promises made at the start. They took control of my website and social media accounts, changing the usernames and passwords without returning the credentials. They breached the contract and failed to deliver on most of the agreed-upon services. After several months, I still do not have a functional website.When I called to cancel the service, one of the managers was extremely unpleasant, and they refused to return access to my website unless I paid additional fees. There is no agreement stating they would retain control of my website. This experience has severely harmed my small business.If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I urge all potential clients to be cautiousthey lack integrity, professionalism, and become difficult to deal with if you try to cancel their services.

    I hired this company to help me with the *** on my website.They did not ***** what they promise in the beginning, they took the credentials for my website, social media, and they changed all the username and password, the agreement over the phone was when I did not want their service anymore I'll have everything back.After two years of working with them I have not received any call or lead from the work they did, so I called them to cancel the service one of the managers was very disgusted to talk with me and they did not give me the credentials for my website back. They ask for more money and there is no agreement that I sign saying that once we finish they will have my website.This company damaged so much my small business, and what is most disturbing as a client is for every bad review we leave for tbem, they write around 10 good review to take down the bad one and clearly is fake reviews.If I could give them 0 start I'll do it, I want all the clients they have to be careful, they are theft, has no working ethics and when you try to cancel the services they became a nightmare.
