      ******* burned daughter face three spots. It was a Monday and by Friday it was a scab. Attended prom with scab on her face. I contacted the facility several times and sent email to *************************** with photos, its been over a month and no email or call horrible customer service and service provided.

      On April 14th, I had an allergic reaction when I received an eyebrow wax. The reaction worsened over time. On the day of the service, I mentioned the start of the reaction to the receptionist. She told me to call when the manager was there, which was not everyday and always after 3pm. Every week thereafter, I left a detailed message. My number was taken and I was told I would receive a call. A call never came. My messages were ignored. Finally I wad told to file with the corporate office, which I did. Two weeks later no response. I even wrote another letter to the corporate email, again with no response. EWC has deducted over $150 for services I have not received and are afraid to receive due to the allergic reaction. No one has reached out to me since April 14th to discuss my concerns.
