    We worked with Interport Global Logistics for 6 months, moving their drayage loads and providing them with a good credit limit. While they initially paid some invoices in full, as we started handling more business for them, payments became delayed beyond the agreed terms. Worse, they began paying short on the majority of our invoices.Currently, Interport Global Logistics has an outstanding balance of $2,458.93. They have refused to pay for extra dwell time, demurrage, and other legitimate accessorial charges, despite these fees being clearly documented and outlined. Their invoices are now over 150 days past due.We tried contacting them several times via email, but only received a response after we sent a legal notice. While they did begin responding after that, they still refuse to settle the outstanding amount. We have provided all shipment documentation to support the charges, but they continue to deny full payment.We strongly advise other businesses to exercise caution when dealing with Interport Global Logistics to avoid similar issues.
