      Had worst experience ever with this company, I initially hired them for a 1 day job and was going to cost me 1200 total. but the guy comes and tell me it will be extra 500$ cuz there is more work i agreeed and so 2 people goes to get merchandise are gone for an hour and when they come back they tell me they cant do the job cuz it will cost more money and time and they want me to pay 1700 for that day for their time but they did no work, so then i talked to the office and agree that the guy will come on more day and finish the work and it will cost me total 3500 for the job including the money i paid 1700 that day so my remaining balance was going to be 1800 but then 2nd day came and they didn't finish the work and charged me 3400 because of merchandise so i told them it not right because there should have been more transparency so i told them i will pay half today and half after and they said no and made me pay 2900 that day and remaining i would pay on 3rd day after job finish and told me they will come 3rd day to finish it up and it wont be any charge beside the remaining balance. then on the 3rd day when job was done they wanted to charge me 2900 for completely s***** job they did i took picture because i am disputing this charge, again this company is complete rip off

      Very bad expierence. I hired them to fix me ptio slider door that was getting hard to move. They sent over someone that had no idea how to fix it. He watched informational videos in my home to figure it out. He then tried to loosen screws that help the rolles and one fell off. My door (which moved before) is now totally stuck. I would just like them to return my door to the shape it was in before they tried nto fix it. They refuse to do so without me agreeing to an hourly rate that is double what they normally charge and to not hold them liable for any damage they do past or future. They do not have expierenced workmen. I'm in a very bad situation. My door that worked before does not work now. Hamaged by this company and they don't want to make it right.
