      I purchased a security platform for $11,884.00 from *********************** an employee who led me to believe that he was associated with ************** and that I have a security breach located in ******. He then showed me their IP address and said he could help me eliminate the problem. He showed me a picture of the device that he could install all of which was done on his computer. I agreed; and he spent the following day installing said program, and he then contacted me to go over the program. He has since disappeared. I was having security breaches and tried to contact him. NO LUCK! The icons in the platform are just empty shells. I have had multiple unauthorized transactions amounting to several hundreds of dollars on my credit card which I have closed.
