    If I could take away existing stars, I would. Its almost impossible to get them on the line for help and the customer service is unprofessional when you do. They will tell you off! They do not allow you to speak to a supervisor to get further help. *** tried emailed, leaving messages etc. no responses. Basically, theyve made it my fault for me not getting internet service. run!

    This company is totally unprofessional and as far as I can see they are basically rip off artists. I prepaid for a year of service In August 2022 on the 1st of the month after I had finally got my service started they called and told me they were going to shut me off for non payment, I had to argue with them about the fact they had already been paid, the next month rolled around same thing happens, I got upset and told them I thought they were some sort of scam company. They then we're very unprofessional and hung up on on me. 1st of November rolls around and I have no internet, have left probably close to a 100 messages and emails. No response. The only time I can talk to anyone is if you call the sales number but they just placate you and tell you they will put a ticket in, one guy told me it was from the hurricanes, I said I live in the middle of MI we don't have hurricanes. So I have paid for 9 more months of service and I don't see them doing anything to correct the situation. To my way of thinking they have stolen my money, what recourse do I have here?? It wasn't easy to find a service to begin with because I live in the middle of the *****. The service wasn't as great as what they advertised but given the circumstances I was satisfied. If anyone can help me and direct me as far as what steps I need to take from here I would appreciate it.. I can only tell anyone else considering this company, DON'T BOTHER, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Negative star rating!!!!

    I would do no stars if that was possible. They were great in the first ********************************************************************************** emails.the support email address bounced back as invalid and even when I went to their partner for help I got the it's pass 30 days pay us response. I paid for a whole month and never got my issue resolved as they stopped taking my calls and text. I could see they been read but no one would respond. I have copies of all this in Case I need to present in court or so. What started out good turned into a literal nightmare and they only accept payment through Bread which is another part of the issue as they ate useless in helping to resolve the conflict as well. I got tired of the false email addresses and no one taking my issue seriously. I refuse to pay for something I am not getting

    Buyer beware! We paid 340 for them to ship a router to us for wireless internet. We got the router and it never worked. We'd call the customer service number and be met with a voicemail..we ******** messaged *** got a response sometimes, and they'd always say they'd get back to us ASAP well, they never did. After a week my husband finally got a hold of someone who said they would help us trouble shoot and they never did. At this point we wanted our money back. We waited 2 weeks to get a return label emailed to us (after repeatedly asking for it) we're over a month out and we have yet to receive a refund. My husband said they told him today 08/12/22 that we would be receiving our refund today It is currently 3:52 and there is still no refund. Don't let these people rip you off. 0/10 absolutely do not recommend
