    Pay for my surface upfront Got 3 Session did not see any result Went to get my fourth one on time find them on vacation without without anyone Calling or texting me Wrote Review They not happy with try to make me take it down and sign a form to get refund Cancel my appointment, which I already paid for

    *********************** purchased a package of 4 sessions for hair removal, she has received 3 sessions of 4 on the following dates: 04/23/24; 05/20/24 and 06/17/24 She came in on August 5 for a treatment scheduled for August 12, when our office was closed. She became very angry, yelling at the secretary and slamming the phone, which intimidated our staff. All abusive conversations are recorded.She did not receive her last pre-paid treatment from package. She has made false accusations and demanded a full refund.Despite our policy of nonrefundable packages, which she agreed signing consent form. We offered a 25% refund for the unused treatment as a courtesy. We offered her a $67 refund (25% of her full payment of $277 paid for mentioned package) for the unused treatment. She just needs to sign a form to get her refund check.
