A debt was posted to my credit report by Sa-Vit Collection Agency. I dispute the validity of this debt as I am not liable for this debt posted by Sa-Vit Collection Agency and do not have have a contract with this collection agency.Business Response

This is credit repair organization dispute submitted on behalf of the consumer.
The many disputes submitted in this matter deserve further scrutiny.
Medical providers do not require or obtain formal contracts consistent with UCC regulations. This is a
Medical Book Account. it is an implied-in-fact contract which is an unwritten contract that the parties ,
presumably intended to agree on, as can be inferred from their actions,conduct, and the circumstances.
The services were provided and the provider had reasonable expectations of getting paid.

This is a credit repair organization prepared and submitted complaint, regarding the same issues already discussed. Medical providers do not enter into formal contracts with patients. It is an implied-in-fact contract which is an unwritten contract that the parties presumably intended to agree on, as can be inferred from their actions, conduct, and the circumstances. This seems as a credit repair company dispute. The consumer disputed with the **** ************************************** on 4/04/2023
regarding the Credit Reporting Agency; Equifax, who Equifax investigated and responded to the **** as debt verified.
Regarding the consumers dispute with a contract, there is no such written contract with the collection agency. The agency does not enter into
contracts with debt consumers. This is an implied-in-fact contract which is an unwritten contract between the provider and the consumer which
presumably intended to agree on as can be inferred from their actions, conduct, and circumstances. This is not a purchased account, and not subject
to UCC regulations.

The consumer is looking for a contract with Savit Collection Agency. However, A consumer never enters into a written contract for collection services provided to a provider. This is an implied-in-fact contract which is an unwritten contract that the parties intended to agree on, as can be inferred from their actions, conduct, and circumstances.
I am attaching a copy of the **** *** ******** financial services agreement payment policy to which the consumer signed and agrred to by the consumer.

We are still standing by our response to this complaint. The consumer is responsible and she signed a financial agreement. The account will not be removed from the credit reporting agencies until and unless it is paid in full, pursuant to a regulation agreement between the credit reporting agencies and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau which took effect on July 2, 2022.
The account is listed as disputed. We will continue to list the account as disputed unless notified otherwise.
Please be guided accordingly.

I am rejecting this response because: I asked to pay the original owner of the debt that I was not aware of. I do not trust this company (Sa-Vit Collection Agency) or the person that is responding to my complaint. Any company that knowingly tries to collect on a debt that is not theirs, and that someone had no knowledge of is a fraud. If you are truly seeking paying in full, fulfill my request. I am requesting a written statement that outlines how long it will be for the item to be removed from my credit report. If I do not get an acknowledgement that the item will be removed and when it will be removed or a timeframe then I will not pay anything.

The consumer attests to owing this debt as per his written complaint. SAVIT collection Agency is a collection agent for the provider. As such
the consumers never have a contract to collect on their accounts. This is not a purchased account, it is an implied-in-fact contract which is an unwritten contract that the parties presumably intended to agree on, as can be inferred from their actions, conduct, and the circumstances. Services were provided to you and the provider had reasonable expectations of getting paid.

Savit Collection Agency continues to harass me after I told them numerous of times that I'm bankrupt and could no longer pay. I also told them that if they needs to they can speak to my attorney but they continue to harass me
