I went to Fitness Superstore to purchase a stepper bike due to a stroke. The bike was sold and purchase as a new bike, totaling 4,000.00. I spoke with a salesman name Danny C. The bike was in the store, i rode it and it appeared to be a safe product for a stroke patient. During delivery I notice that the bike console was placed down on my gaurage floor. It appeared that the item looked as if it was scratch. I did not mind the scratches because it was thought to happen from the gurage floor. After ridiing the bike the ride became loud and scratchy, and the panel would not keep the programs that I sat.. After calling out the repair person, I found out that the bike console was not scratch but burnt. They sent me a burnt out console in the back. I spoke with a Kiona and expained to her that I did not purchase a out of box or used item! I asked them to replace the bike with aa new bike. Which is what I paid for. They insist that I keep a used bike for the price of a new one. After two technicians and speaking with Kiana who talked over me eventually Kiona stated she will pick the bike up and charge me 20% restocking fee. I do not think its fair to charge me a restocking fee, for a used broken bike, I ask to be replaced with a new one that I paid for.. At this point I want them to take their bike and returnss my funds! I feel the 20% restocking fee is too high, to give them for a bike tha has already been restocked! Which is why te console is burnt out, bike is loud and rides choopy. They clearly have a bait and switch on merchandise. I never got what I paid for.

      Fitness Superstore.

They restock damage merchandise resend it out as new product. I paid for a new exercise bike, got a damage restock bike. They want  me to pay 20% to restock a damage restock item, that they already received 20% from someone else whom restock the bike originally.  They are making profit from damage goods restocking it over and over hoping someone will accept repair and keep it. I don't want another bike from them, they can't be trusted. I just want them to pick up there bike and give me my money back. Thank you so much for your help.
