    This contractor refused to address concerns and work deficiencies upon completion of a major renovation project in early 2020. We are now dealing with major water-related issues related to leaking pipes in bathrooms and laundry areas which were in the scope of the initial work. Water is dripping from the ceiling above the bathroom and we have major water damage to the sheetrock in our laundry behind the washer. Our insurer is telling us that the work falls within the warranty period for construction and that the contractor is responsible for remediating these issues. Despite repeated attempts in 2020, and now again in 2024, Giove Renovations is refusing to stand by their work and remediate these issues.
