    This is the worst internet service possible, and we used to have dial-up internet. Somehow this internet is even worse than that. I paid for an upgraded speed but I was still only given the baseline speed. Even when we brought this to their attention the business claimed that we didn't have the right equipment and refused to send us the upgraded equipment. They also never reply to emails, they never send out updates of their service and they don't answer the phone. I'm located in a very small town and there is no cell phone signal there so any time the internet is out, my house turns back to the 70's with nothing. At least with dial-up internet we knew what we were getting, with this they said that we would have fast and reliable internet. What a lie and a scam. If anyone reads this, do not get involved with Matrix, it's an absolute joke of a service that makes dial-up look like a godsend.

    Matrix Connected Fiber is the worst internet company in the **. They have never answered any of the calls I have made; it just rings nonstop, and they refuse to respond to emails. As a business, I am unable to open without internet access, as our point-of-sale machine is internet-based. As of today, June 5, 2025, we have lost $1,521.00 in league fees and alcohol sales.Unfortunately, there is no other way of contacting this business. They have a Massachusetts number, but the headquarters are located in New *********'s a shame that in our rural town of *********, ** this is the only internet provider.
