    ****************** and ************ went to the store by $3000 in furniture. *** is the name of the person in the store as synchrony card was taken out in our name that we dont know anything about for over $10,000. We call synchrony give them all the information And they keep denying us please we need your help. Thank you.

    On December 7th 2023,I went to do business with Home Decor Furniture,************************************************.After selecting the products I wanted, made a deposit and signed the contract, I was promised that they will be all delivered on Friday December 9th,2023. On Friday December 9th 2023,all except 2 pieces of the furniture I ordered was delivered to my address.I immediately made contact with Home Decor furnishing,about the missing pieces,which I was told will be special ordered and I will received them on Saturday December 10th,2023.It has been almost one month since,with several phonecalls,and visits and I still cant get what I payed for.Each time I spoke with the sales representative,he keeps making promises and lied to me about what I payed for. Im kindly seeking your intervention in this matter as,I'm being inconvienienced by this tardy act by Home Decor. Thanks in advance

    On December 14, 2022 we entered into a contract with Home Decor for a queen size mattress set under invoice # **** for the total amount of $595 dollars (including tax and delivery). On January 2, 2023 the set was delivered. Upon removing the plastic covering off the box spring we noticed that the fabric underling to the box spring was not attached in entirely to the box spring and that there was no ** registered regulation tag attached to the box spring. When we looked at the mattress we noticed that it too did not have a tag. There was nothing telling us the materials used to make the set, if the materials were flammable, what chemicals were used on the material or where the items were manufactured and by who. In addition, the mattress gives off a strong chemical smell, again we have no way of knowing what was used in making the mattress. We contacted the store to address the problem on the same day as delivery. Pictures were shown to "****" the sales man, who apologized for the condition of box spring. We explained that the mattress we were shown in the store was not the same quality as the mattress we received. On January 3, 2023 at approximately 11:00 my husband (*************************) returned to the store to address the issue of there being no ** regulation tags on the items. He then requested a refund of all monies paid. The response ****** gave was that "They don't refund money." I am requesting that our money be refunded because the store did not act in "good faith" they delivered a sub-quality product, different from what was shown. In addition I have no way of knowing if the mattress is within ** codes or not since no labeling was attached to the box spring or mattress. Within the store the mattress sets had labels but none were on the items we received.In addition I have pictures and receipts but do not no how to up load them to this complaint.
