    I recently had the pleasure of working with Domus Construction for a complete roof replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my needs and provided a detailed plan that addressed all my concerns.The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The new roof not only looks fantastic but also provides excellent protection against the elements. The materials used are top-notch, and I can already tell that this roof will last for many years to come.What impressed me the most was the level of communication throughout the project. The team kept me informed at every stage, ensuring that I was always aware of the progress. They were punctual, respectful of my property, and left the site clean and tidy each day.I highly recommend Domus Construction to anyone in need of roofing services.     They gave me a price after they took the roof off they noticed some of the plywood had rotted which I was expecting because I did notice brown spots on my ceiling and also some of the rafters were rotting so all plywood had to be changed which 10 pieces were included in the original price so i was told it would cost about 100 for each additional pieces of plywood and also some of the rafters needed to be secured, not replaced and also the facias were all going to be changed well if i didn't keep checking they wouldnt have been. They were putting flashing on rotted wood and they would take a hammer and bang on it and say see it's good all while pieces ofcrotted wood is falling off. Well the price more than doubled. I do believe because they knew how much I was approved for the price went up to just under what I was approved for. They told me they over charged me by $3300 and I still haven't received a refund. They are liars and ripoff artists i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Mind you my house is not even 800 Sq feet and they charged me $38,000 for a roof. I spoke to other contractors showed them the contract and they said for what they did $26,000 would have been more then enough. Beware of them.

    ** was extremely knowledgeable, detailed and answered all my questions along the way. The job was well done, professional and the clean up was thorough. The roof changed ************** of my house, it looks brand new. I would highly recommend Domus construction.
