    Hi Big Snow representatives,My family and I booked 2 different reservations on 12/23 at 1:15. From the moment we got there it was a very chaotic and busy scene. Since we were traveling from ***********, we decided to pay extra to have the clothing included/gear. My kids sizes were not available when it was our time to join in the fun. This made the experience even more fustrating. During the booking, we were asked for our shoe size, so we waited in line to get shoes only to be told that the snow tubing did not include shoes. Very misleading. My daughter did not last in the snow since the gloves available were not for size and left the snow 20 minutes later. My son who also expected snow boots and did not receive them got his tennis shoes soacked and left the area because his toes were hurting.A person that used big snow last year and recommended you guys, metioned that the snowtubes were taken in a belt. This time the belt were for skiers and snow boarders. Meanwhile, the smaller kids had to go up with their snowtubes. Half of the kids couldn't do the activity together due to the fact that we were in lines from the moment we got there. I expect a suitable resolution to all the frustrations listed here. Which would include a full refund. I hope I hear from you soon, otherwise I would go to BBB for lack of transparency. The order codes are as follows:1DS-CXOV GNG-JDA1

    I bought two 6-pack packages from Big Snow one and two years ago respectively and later heard from my friend that big snow started enforcing a one-year expiration of the tickets. So I went to the store early this year to check if my tickets have expiration date and was confirmed by their staff that the ones I bought have no expirations. Therefore I didnt rush to use these tickets. However, I was rejected recently when I tried to use my tickets and I have 3 times unused on each of my 6-pack tickets. I contacted the customer service regarding this issue but got rejected again.

    I reserved a summer snow board camp for my daughter ****** for the September 3 date as a promised gift. Althought we arrived late, they were nice enough to accept us into the camp. I left my daughter there for the duration of the camp (approx 6 hours); however ******************************************************** to come back up. I was met with one of the staff who introduced himself as training manager named ***********************. He told me that she may not fit in and he will hook her up with another camp that is suitable for her. He wrote his email on my phone and asked me to email him so I can arrange for the future date. few emails latter; no answers. I called Bigsnow number they would not hear any of my complain and hang up the phone on me. I am asking either to be refunded or to schedule another date for her as ************** promised. I drove 20 miles each way to bring her there; I provided the receipt and the activity screen shot. Thank you
