    I started working with this company back in November of 2022. They were suppose to design a website for a realty business, however I became unsatisfied with the lack of communication, lack of professionalism in losing files, coming up with excuses, not answering my questions, asking what the next steps were in the process, all of which were ignored. Thus far they have taken to different payments of $599, and $549. I have been asking them for a refund for several weeks but have not gotten a response. The last response was on January 6, 2023, and I have reached out a couple times to try and see what was happening. All I want is a refund. Here is a copy of one of the e-mails asking: I'm not quite sure where the communication was lacking as our e-mail indicated we were supposed to have a conversation today at 5:30pm. I'm very unhappy with the progress, attention to e-mail details, unanswered questions, lost e-mails on your company's behalf pertaining to documents forwarded (logo photos, personal photograph) , and the lack of communication. Kindly refund all charges and conclude our business.
