    I purchased an engine for $6,805.36 with a 4 year unlimited mileage and guarantee, through my mechanic Clarks **** World on August August 8, 2022. My mechanic called me on August 23, 2022 and said my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. The vehicle was shaking and rattling whenever driven. I called the mechanic and he directed me to bring the car back, in which I did immediately, on August 30, 2022. I was told that it's a new engine and to give it time. I was instructed to bring my vehicle back in two weeks to check fluid levels, which I did. Rattling did not cease and I was told maybe it needed a heavier oil and to bring it back next week October 6, 2022. Still rattling. I dropped my vehicle off again on November 2, 2022 at 8 am. Clark said to bring my vehicle back on November 10, 2022. He said rattling was possibly from the exhaust. He called ******** because the rattling was coming from inside the engine. He was instructed to take the engine apart and take photos on November 15, 2022. On December 1, 2022 other issues with the engine. He wasn't able to fix the problem and had it towed to engine world they did not disassemble engines, so he towed to ***** **** ****. He said the engine sounded rough when coming to a stop. It thinks ******** will replace the engine. He never received a return call. I requested a contact number and he informed me that they will no speak withthe customer. 12-13-2022 he needed to replace a gasket for the driver side. On 12-22-2022, Clark says he's at his wits end, because now my vehicle isn't drivable. It's not safe to drive. 1-10-2023 vehicle towed to *****. 1-30-2023, vehicle still at ***** ****. 2-3-2023, left side of engine performing like the right he will check injectors, coils, etc. Will call me. 2-16-2023, I never received any call backs and Clark went on vacation. On 2-28-2023, ***** said there's a timing issue and Clark will pick up my vehicle on 2-24-2023. 3-18-2023 vehicle still running rough. Still problems

    I did not use the correct mechanical terminology. The engine installed in my vehicle is actually misfiring while idle and during driving. Thank you for allowing me to correct the terminology.

    hello sorry to hear that she is still having problems, i thought that when i paid Ozze the problem was fixed i would like to take another look at it and pay for the repair, the warranty company is so hard to deal with frddy is on vacation this week and i have a couple of transmissions to install and one motor, but in three weeks i will be able to give it my full attention. again sorry for the troubles           ***********************

    I am rejecting this response because: ************** said he wasn't able to figure out the problem. And I have taken my vehicle there several times for extended periods of time. I would like to take my vehicle to a dealership to be checked out and determine what the faults are and ************** pay for the charges.  This has been going on for a very long time and I just want my vehicle repaired so that I can feel safe and appreciate the thousands of dollars that I had invested in my vehicle.  I also believe that ************** should be able to return the defective engine and get a new one.  This was the original agreement, for him to order the engine and install it.  Please, I just want my vehicle to perform like it has a new engine that I was supposed to receive from the beginning. Thank you

    hello, i have thought this over and feel the problem is in the drivers side head cylinder #5 so we will need to pull that head off and replace the valves in that cylinder. i also talked to ***** and he agrees with me i am willing to do this for no charge to the customer. i am scheduled off oct 23 thru nov 4th for doctor visits and vacation after that we can decide on a good date to bring it in should take less than 5 days.
