I took my **** GMC pick up truck to AAA because I wanted it checked. It sat in their facility for 2 weeks. I followed up because I live close and the mechanic stated that he was frustrated because he couldn't fix the problem. They put a new battery after weeks of sitting there. I took it home and a few days later, the battery died. I took it to AAA again. It sat there for another 2 weeks. Meanwhile I was charged for labor and another defective battery. On October 5th I demanded a refund. A manager told me I'd have my refund in **** days. I'm still waiting. These people are liars. The mechanics have no clue. **************** is non-existent. I would like my refund that was promised plus the money I was charged for so-called labor.

The customer was advised we would be refunding the cost of the battery. Since the customer paid cash for this purchase in July, he would be provided a refund via check. The check process started on 10/5/23 and was approved by our accounting department on 10/10/23. The customer was advised this process can take anywhere from ***** business days. Our accounting department shows the request has been completed and is pending delivery via regular postal mail to the customer as of 10/10/23.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have still not recieved my refund. It has been over 4 weeks. The company keeps repeating how the refund is in the mail. When I recieve the refund, only then will I be satisfied.

I brought my vehicle in for service on 10/4/22 because I noticed a coolant leak. I drove my vehicle there and dropped it off. They inspected my vehicle and stated it was the radiator that was leaking and gave me an estimate of $1,052.92 to replace the radiator and repair the leak. I paid on 10/5/22 and picked up my vehicle. I drove it a total of 3 times after getting it fixed and then coolant began to pour out from the bottom front end of my vehicle and over heat. I brought the vehicle back in to them and the manager stated that it would now cost me an additional $3,000 for them to fix the leak. The owner stated that the leak is coming from the water pump and it should be expected because once you repair a leak everything else will start to leak. *** not only failed to fix my original problem but caused an even bigger leak with my vehicle and wants to charge me an additional $3,000 for them to fix it. My vehicle also can no longer be driven since they worked on it because of the huge coolant leak and over heating that has occurred since they serviced it. My car is still sitting at the *** service center in Eatontown ** because I can't drive it and now have to get it towed to ******* to fix the leak properly. I am now out of the $1,052.92 that I paid them to fix the leak and have to pay ALOT more for another car center to fix whatever the messed up.

Case #******** the first repair order on 10/03/2022 is when **************** had the radiator replaced for a coolant leak and oil change done when I spoke with her she said the radiator had been replaced we sent her pictures showing that the radiator had not been replaced and where it was leaking she agreed to the repair the cost was ******* she then came in on 10/15/2022 for a coolant leak we found the water pump leaking when I spoke with her she had stated that the water pump had been replaced at that time I told her that if that was the case she should be under warranty from whoever replace the water pump along with the hoses we recommended both times and the thermostat and housing for a total of **** 58 for all that is listed on the second repair order. I also explained to her that when we tested the system and found the radiator leaking we retested the system after found no additional leaks on older vehicles sometimes if you make a repair to one leak another area may begin to leak due to age and mileage of vehicle. If there is any more information that is needed please call or email me. Thank you for your time *************************
