    On April 14th I had quoted and ordered through ClimbCS to add Email Security to my Clients Active subscription of Mail Essentials Antispam Edition. End goal was to have Mail Essentials with Unified protection. I was quoted 10 License of Mail essentials anti-spam and 10 licenses of mail essentials anti-malware.The order was partially fulfilled, with only a license key to Mail essentials security edition issued. After several weeks of emailing ClimbCS to remedy the situation (I wanted to finish the purchase and I gave every opportunity for CLimbCS to quoute the proper part and complete the purchase, with further requests being ignored, , I requested for the order to be cancelled and refunded which has also been ignored.ClimbCS Southeast sales team, Including my Rep ********* has dropped the ball by quoting and selling the wrong products and are now ignoring all my attempts to contact them in an attempt to get a refund.
