    December 27, 2022, I paid $294.21, I was being sent a notice of payment due. I paid them. My son told me to call my insurance company and they paid them too and ******** paid them also. Its been 3-6 going back and forth with them. My insurance person called them with me on the online. They said they will escalate it to the back office. My insurance person called 33 days later and they promised to send me a check in 6-8 weeks. Its been over 2 months. Another insurance lady called with me on the phone. They said they dont see that a check was going to be issued. We keep going back and forth. This company is committing fraud.
