    This business is using fraudulent practices by billing insurance companies for an "intake appointment" with a NON-clinician (administrative worker). This phone conversation was ***** minutes. This was NOT a clinical therapy session. However, they charged my insurance company $250. This person does not have an NPI number. I would like to report these fraudulent practices.

    As a mentally ill person seeking help one afternoon, I called this business for help and was told that I would have fill out an intake form online and the woman over the phone said then I would be able to make an appointment. Well... I completed the form in it's entirely until the very last page had all these stipulations and asked for my credit card information WHICH WAS MANDATORY in order to move forward. I thought about it and said now this is a first**** Out of ALL the specialist I see, I've never seen this. So I decided not to enter my personal credit card information and that must've cancelled the intake process. Then I went on ****** to read the reviews about the business and I was glad that I made the correct choice. This business needs to be investigated! They are seriously taking advantage of the vulnerable and mentally challenged people they claim to want to help. I left a review on ****** as well.
