      I really have unpleasant experience and deeply disturbing situation which creates stressful and embarrassing approach to myself as a car buyer on PAYMENT TRANSACTION which occurs at Toyota Galaxy********************* Store #GT15259007 Bill acceptor ***** On April ******* I visited dealership and purchased brand new Toyota 41k with great helping salesman *******.TRANSACTION payment station turned to be hinting night ******* partially payment was in cash, I handle 3 envelopes One with 4k , Second with $1,280 and third $1000 Most of in $100 bills.Cashier pull out money from envelopes and placed in the money counting mashine. The mashine started counting and spill out couple of bills . I made call to recount only $100 bills without $50 and $20 bills. After recounting Cashier said $6k and issues payment receipt on 4k I was about to leave but ***** show up and asked if she accidentally gave me back$100 bill with $50 dollars bills, I opened valet and showed her 4/$50 and $20 bills which she handed back to me at the counter.When store manager told me that I under pay, when cashier come back and says that underpayment i$360 They never showed second mashine counting operation only first transaction on counting after going back and forth.Then manager over phone told me that money counting mashine did not count correctly and I need make payment on miscounting ********** of today I been told that I still own $360. Wondering how? Only $100 bills was counting. Just bringing up to your attention that dealerships payment station has NO visible screen to the clients on counting money mashine and handling clients with no respect.

      EDIT: I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Rude staff, absolutely no help after you purchase the car. I'm paying $700 dollars for a car I can't drive because the plates and registration hasn't been completed yet. Absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I've been transferred from rep to rep with absolutely no help.Happy with my car not totally thrilled with the price and service. My plates haven't come in yet, can't drive the car because my dealer plates expired. Totally feel like I got taken advantage of for having a high credit score, I have an insanely high APR. Definitely do your homework and come in with your own idea of what a credit union would offer you to get a loan. And don't be afraid to walk away there's so many toyotas available for better deals.

      I went there because I had a malfunction message on the dashboard. The servicing specialist greeted me with a technical sheet about my tires and a what are you gonna do about it look.Then for the diagnostic of the malfunction he quoted me 400$. He pushed me to sign the quote and I had to insist to get the paper copy. He did not mention that the diagnostic fee would go against the repairs. After I confirmed with another servicing shop that this was about twice the regular price I got my car out of there before anything was done to it.I will never go back there for servicing.

      Was told there was a referral program that we would get a check for each referral that bought a new car. My wife and I each sent one that bought and despite multiple calls and assurances we never got a dime. Hence we dont refer anyone to them any longer. Both referrals were verified by our salesperson **** who was following up supposedly. Now over one year and nothing still.

      I had a horrible experience with this dealership. Biggest mistake that I did not check reviews on them before I went there. They are a rip off. I leased Toyota Highlander from them, signed the papers and when I came home I realized that numbers did not add up. So I decided to go back to the dealer and because it was already late and they were closed, I went right the day after the first thing in the morning. On my way to the dealership I called ******************* (the sales consultant who made a deal), and explained him my concerns. I told him that I was coming over. He was very disrespectful and hang up the phone on me. I went back to the dealer and offered to pay off the car in full just to avoid huge amount that they charged me for no reason. They said that my problem was with Toyota financial and not with them. I contacted Toyota to pay off the car and realized it was 3800$ payment that I paid upfront that I will lose all these money to get the title. However Im paying off the car in full not to deal with these people anymore. I would advise everybody to check other Toyota dealers before going there. 48000$ car I end up paying 55000$ 7000$ in taxes and fees

      if you really hate yourself visit the Galaxy Toyota dealership. I have a really bad experience and hard time dealing with these guys.. I was told i am lier for my slip of toung for months instead of the week.. I have a whole email chain I am exchanging for the last month to get a refund on my extended warranty .. false promises, , very unprofessional and unethical behavior, and playing games. I was told if i want money or not in threating way ( means i wont get money back) I got money for an extended warranty from Toyota after following almost a month with the dealership and contacting to Toyota finance but still waiting to get the sales tax I paid Toyota Financial asked me to follow up with the dealership without any luck. please avoid this place if you respect yourself, otherwise, you will regret it like me. I wish i have seen all one star review before going to this place.. so please avoid avoid avoid avoiddddddddddd this place..

      The car buying process is the most annoying process around. Galaxy Toyota is at least entertaining
