    Absolutely the worse business I have ever delt with. They will not return calls. cant fix the simplest issue. American Home Shield should be ashamed of themselves for having them as a service for their warranties. Im not sure I have ever had worse service out of any business.

    Worst company and professional ever. Spoke to the men on the phone who used inappropriate language and hung up the phone. The voicemails are always full and no way to contact them. When the tech came in my house was very unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT USE THEM.

    The worst company! Not sure how they are still in business. They were dispatched to fix my refrigerator through an *************************************** If I checked the reviews prior to them showing up, I would never have let them into my house. A so-called Technician came into my house just to let me know that I was not properly opening and closing the French doors on my refrigerator. Apparently, first you have to open the left door, then **************, and after that you have to close it in the same sequence. What a stupid thing to say. And then they told me that they have to put some kind of silicone inside the refrigerator for the ice maker. Lucky for him, I wasn't home at the time of the appointment. I wish I had been present, so he could look into my eyes and tell me that I was not properly opening and closing the doors. I would've thrown him out of my house right there and then. American home shield company is another story. I can't believe that they would contract someone having one star.

    I apologized you did not agree with the diagnosis, we offered a second opinion through you warranty company.The technician has be doing this for 40+ years. The silicone fix it the repair suggested my the manufacture of the unit and has been done dozens of time to properly fix the defect in the unit. But you are welcome to disagree with as well. We only work though the guideline of your warranty company.
