    As I walked in UPS to ship my new IPhone to a friend as a birthday gift. And declared the item the ups failed to deliver the package and lost it and they will not pay me the value of the package

    I paid 375$ to ship a package to Dominican Republic as well paid insurance on item it was never delivered I went to store to put in claim they said it would be investigated I got strung along for months then I called ups corporate they said a claim was never put in and that to much time passed I went back to store they said they would handle it and that a check would be issued but I had to wait 3 weeks for owner to sign check well waited and again lied to told no check and that they are sorry I want my money thst I paid to ship plus the insurance as the items clearly stolen

    location ******************************************************************************. January 26th 2023, around 3:58pm -business supposed to provide a pleasant safe environment for the consumer - manager ******* treated me in such condescending, impolite, aggressive and insensitive manner.

    11/28/2022 around 10am. I'm shipping regularly 1-4 boxes a week in this location for 2 years. Please note that at 11am i had contacted UPS headquarters and asked for security camera footage but hq informed me they can't since the location is private company. I'm hoping this evidence won't be vanished by the responsible parties when/if needed. I'm an ****** Seller. Recently UPS started to not provide weight information on their receipts for AMZ returns. Each and every single visit to this location i've to repeat "this is not a return, i am an AMZ seller and if my box gets lost in the warehouse, the weight on the receipt is my proof of shipment and considered as evidence by AMZ. Please weigh it again and give me the receipt showing the actual shipment weight rather than zero" They always make weird faces reflecting that they aren't happy with my request but i leave it to their young age and don't mind. On 11/28 there was a new kid, he didn't let me explain myself and on the 3rd time i insisted for corrected receipt he told me to take my box and leave the store. That's why; i am asking for the security footage as evidence that i did not harass him by any means, i didn't curse or use any spoken or sign language as a harassment. This action was so unnecessary and unprofessional. I asked for manager for hundred times, at last he agreed to call him but on his personal headphones. His first words to manager was 'there is a customer here i told her to leave but she doesn't' i asked to speak with manager and he put him on speaker his first words were 'ma'am my colleague told you to leave now leave the store' by yelling at me as if i'm doing something wrong. The employee took back the phone and when i asked supervisor to come down to settle this issue he exactly told me 'if he comes down it won't be good for you' i was stoned and responded 'what do you mean not good for me? is he going to punch me?' he didn't respond just looked in my eyes. My life was in danger in this store?
