I was approached with a business opportunity by Mr James J of JJ Global Enterprises LLC. The business opportunity offered was that Mr. Jiand his team would set up and manage an automated Facebook ecommerce shop for me. I was verbally given figures of expected revenue of $1000-$3000 at 1-3 months, $3000-$4500 at 4-6 months and $4500-$6000 at 6+ months.

Mr. J assured me that he had multiple clients achieving these results. I was never provided this in writing in the form of a disclosure document as required by the Federal Trade Commission, nor was I provided with the required references. These requirements are as described in the FTC video: httpsIn November of 2022 Mr. J and I had a status update call on ZOOM and he assured me that Facebook shops were still a very viable business opportunity.

In May 2023, Jiang and I had another status update call on ZOOM and he assured me that Facebook shops were still a very viable business opportunity, although had slowed by approximately 8-12%t. At that time, my shop had made $785 net profit.

At this point, I contacted 4 reputable ecommerce experts and asked their opinion of the current performance of Facebook shops. All 4 informed me that Facebook shops were not currently performing well, nor had they been for some time.

At one year, the Facebook shop set up and managed by JJ Global Enterprises LLC made a profit of $867.94

Mr J  is still marketing his services on his social media accounts, promising $3000-$5000 profits per month, despite other experts in the ecommerce space maintaining that Facebook shops are underperforming.

I believe that I was misled in this investment, and provided with inaccurate, inflated results.

In addition, I have items charged to my credit card not reported by them and items been charged to my credit card that are not in my supplier account order history ($212.12).
