    Ive had the same exact experience as everyone else on here I ordered February 10 2023 it is now march 16. Has been over a month. I emailed customer service 6 times now never got a response I finally called and got a nonchalant rude person to tell me they backed up but Ill have my tracking number in less than a week. **** its been 2 and still havent heard anything when I spent over $100 for a while now I been asking for a refund but never get a response at all. Ive used this company since they first opened when they only had 3 products to buy so its heartbreaking especially when I see so much products now I felt happy that their business was growing but now its like it turned from caring about women to just caring about money. The least they can do is put some of that money into hiring people to do their customer service so customers can get a response and know whats going on after they spent their money. I no longer am going to shop here nor will my mother or cousins because theyre having the same issue. Its completely ridiculous how they can sit there and take everyones money but not respond to inquiries about our order. NEVER AGAIN
