    I purchased a used auto transmission 50k miles 2675$ the unit came with rusted torque converter my machanic installed it anyway, it started to leaking oil through the transmission, we changed the converter but it still leaking oil , it turned out to be internal, after some communication i returned transmission for refund weeks went by before i received my deposit 250$ buyauto.parts owes me 2425$ After several phone conversations and emails they keep putting off well get back with confirmation now there phones are disconnected

    On April 20, 2023 buy Auto Parts agreed to sell me a engine assembly for my car and took payment (bank trasfer) of $2461 for the deal. A few days later they said that engine was bad and for another $2300 they would send a different engine. I said that's not what I ageed on and not the way I do business. I asked them to refund my payment. A long story short.. many emails and phone calls and I do not have my refund. Emails indicating they agreed to the refund and a list of excuses but no refund. Now no responses and thinking they are ignoring me.

    I ordered a Motor ('engine') approximately 45 days ago from this company. They required a Credit Card payment of $250 dollars, and the remainder ($2750.00) wired to their account in ********** prior to their shipping the Motor to us. The total amount paid was $3000. They indicated that the Motor would be shipped to us within 14 days, or 2 weeks. The motor never arrived, so we contacted them again by phone. They indicated that the Motor was "ready and waiting on a pallet" but that no 'Truck' had come to pick it up for delivery at that time. We waited until last Thursday (June 5th, 2023) and never heard any contact from them.We phoned them on the 5th, and they changed their story !! They NOW claim that the Motor was incomplete and/or non functional and that they will be reimbursing us the full amount we paid. We found this change in their story to be very disconcerting..!?Since last Thursday (Jun. 8th) we have spoken with them DAILY. They claim they will refund our Credit *********** Account with the full amount we paid for an 'Engine', but no funds have been sent at the time of this complaint. We think that these people are lying to us, and that they do not intend to reimburse us.Please help if you can.

    I TALK TO THEM WITH GOOD FAITH ,AND I TOOK THERE WORD FOR THERE PRODUCT AND COME TO FIND OUT THAT THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE ,I CHOOSE TO BUY A TRANSMISSION FROM THEM BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEIR WORD ,BECAUSE HE STATED TO ME THAT THEY TESTED THE PART AND WHEN I RECIVED THE TRANSMISSION GOT IT PUT IN FOR ABOUT ****** DOLLARS AND IT TRUNED OUT TO BE NO GOOD,SO I GOT BACK IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT ,THEY WANTED PICTURES OF IT I DID ,AND FIRST THING HE SAID THAT IT'S NOT THERE .I PAID 750'00 DOLLARS FOR IT AND PAID 450 TO GET IT PUT IN AND 200'00 DOLLARS TO GET IT TAKING BACK OUT'AM OUT OF ***** DOLLARS AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK, **** ***** CAMARO A AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION.
