    I purchased a horse blanket from weatherbeeta. I paid for express shipping for an extra *****. Which is 2-5 day shipping. I ordered this one 1-5. My package has not arrived and is not set to arrive until the 17th. Which is well past the2-5 day shipping. I have tried numerous times to contact through email ******** instagram calling and no one will respond to my messages or emails. I don't even have a tracking number after repeatedly asking for one. Please assist with helping me get a refund. I have tried so hard to work with them over the last 5 days and I cannot get a resolution. All I want is my money back I don't even want the package any more or know where it is.

    Hello, I have a huge issue and I’m unsure what to do about it. Due to the recall I had to send in my 2021 graduate black collegiate saddle, it fit both my horses perfectly and me as well. I’ve ridden in the new saddle for a week now, just had the fitter out and it doesn’t fit my horses at all and there is no adjustments we could make to make it work. I could explain further if details are needed but the tree was changed and it has way more curve than the previous model. I paid $1000 for my saddle I had, you had a Black Friday sale selling those saddles at only $500 so I’m stuck needing a new saddle and probably if I’m lucky being able to resell this new one for $250-300. What would you do in my situation as I’m at a complete loss and now have no saddle that fits my horse due to the extreme banana shape this new model has that the 2021 model did not.

    Also I believe I received a saddle that’s still included in the recall??

    I have given them a a chance to discuss with me but they’ve chosen to ignore me. I don’t want this saddle it is not if the same quality
