I have called every week to get them to stop sending me their junk circular. I have spoken to a woman each time. And I have video footage of them still tresspassing on my property to place these circulars.

CBA Industries is a distributor of "circulars," i.e., coupon flyers. Every week, they throw two flyers onto the front steps of every house on our block. The vast majority of these flyers end up washed into a gutter in the next rain storm. Going back to 2020, I have called ***'s call center on 4 separate occasions, each time to tell them to stop leaving the circulars on my steps. Every time, the flyers nonetheless reappeared on my steps within six months, sometimes considerably less. Any time you request to speak to a manager, they will tell you (1) that no manager is in the office at the moment; and (2) that a manager will call you back. Unsurprisingly, (2) is a lie, and I believe (1) is too. This company's entire business model is to annoy and ****** 98% of people and get paid by their advertisers to do so. They have almost zero incentive to listen to citizens because we are not their customers. Many cities have ordinances allowing for monetary fines. I will be reporting *** to the city but I will not be stopping there.

We have notified our distributor in this area to stop delivery to this address. Residents cannot stop delivery for other people's addresses; however, each resident can individually call and stop delivery.

    Thank you.

CBA delivers 4 bags of coupons to my building every week. I've called them three times to ask them to stop delivery and they refuse. They say they don't stop delivery to buildings and that the owner would have to call. I live in a city of 8 condo units. There are 8 owners and a ************ I am on the condo board and told them that we don't want them anymore. We literally throw them out every week for the last 6 years and it's creating garbage for no reason. They said every member of the building would have to call separately. I said I'm happy to send an email with them all on it to confirm. They said they don't accept emails. That's absolutely ridiculous and seems like a scam to force people to continue to have these coupons delivered to claim higher distribution numbers. The woman I've spoken to three times now also yelled at me when I asked to speak to a supervisor and told me she's working from home and won't connect me to a supervisor

Delivery will be stopped effective next week (8/29). Requested four weeks of photo verification of compliance with stop request. If any resident at this address calls and requests delivery, it will be reinstated.

I am rejecting this response because:they said they would discontinue service and as you can see by the attachments it is 9/1 and they have not discontinued service so were just feeding me lip service and have not resolved the issue at all

This company has re-instituted delivery of bundled advertisements to my address despite my request to be permanently removed from their delivery/mailing list. This original request took 3 to 4 months of phone calls to get them to comply. Now a year later they're restarted their junk mail campaign. I've been clear that no one wants their advertisements and it collects in my front yard as trash. They are in essence littering on the property!

The address shows "0" for delivery and we have photo verification through 6/29/22. We typically keep photo verification on for four weeks to ensure distributor complies with the request. I have marked the address as a permanent "VIP," which means they will get an alert NOT to delivery every time they are at the address. I have also requested photo verification of compliance for the next year. Sorry for the inconvenience.
