      I had a lift truck on order for over a year Still not delivered and they changed the price. They should be refunding me and have not

      On February 1st, 2023, our supplier alerted us to a material surcharge for all units on order of $2,500. This is the second surcharge on these units, as C&C was previously alerted to a $1,000 surcharge in 2022. C&C absorbed the $1,000 surcharge but was unable to absorb the additional $2,500. All affected customers were alerted and given the opportunity to cancel their orders and refund their deposit, with a deadline of February 20th, 2023. On February 22nd, the refunds were processed, including ********************** and mailed the same day. C&C Lift Truck, **** is unfortunately at the mercy of its manufacturers, and cannot control lead times and price changes. We attempted to resolve this in the most amicable way possible, and feel we took the best course of action given the unfortunate circumstances that are of our control.

      Yes, you can close the complaint, still never heard from management and at this point I dont need too

      Make all the excuses you want, truth is I took delivery of my new big *********************** and ***** *************** forklift 

      from another company this week.
