    This company is a scam, DO NOT BUY. They operate under several different company names all associated with the same phone number and address. 'DECOR PRICE' 'DESIGNER LIGHTING AND ********************************* purchased a fan that arrived damaged. I sent photos of the damage and was told my replacement parts would be shipping out soon. After 3 plus weeks of daily calls and emails with no resolution, I finally googled and found LOADS of stories just like mine.As of today, I'm told they accidentally shipped the replacement blades to the wrong customer and I must wait for that customer to receive and return them before they can be sent to me. We all know that ***** can reroute packages so this further contributes to the LIES.If I return the damaged product, I am told that I am responsible for shipping costs.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

    This company is completely fraudulent. They list themselves as a legitimate company, however, I ordered a several hundred dollar light and was sent a broken light in a box stuffed with ****** water bottles and trash. I reached out to them requesting a new light I paid for and they said I would have to ship back the light on my cost and pay a 25% restocking fee. They refused to send me the new light I paid for. They continue to harass me since I submitted this dispute to my credit card company.
