    We purchased a set of Blue Nile Sheets for $57.60 with shipping the order was $61.06 on August 9, 2022 (Order #*********) via Sear's Marketplace, so wanted to return them. We contacted ***** and were told that as this was a ***** Marketplace purchase, it had to be returned to Blue Nile Mills directly and we had to initiate the return via Blue Nile. We followed the provided instructions for doing so and contacted Blue Nile well within the return period. They didn't respond so contacted them a 2nd time about 4 days later. Still no response. We contacted them a 3rd time a day or two later. Again, no response to initiate the return process. I tried contacting them via ********* their Amazon store hoping that someone would see the plea, and then their social media account messaging systems. No response. I left a message on ******** the day before yesterday and yesterday.I want them to contact us and initiate the return and don't want to be stuck with these sheets. It is now due to their non existent customer service over the return period. I am frustrated and furious that a company would not response for over a week and a half to 6 to7 customer pleas to initiate a return. These are supposed to be returnable. We did everything we were supposed to do and did it well within the return period. had they responded in a timely fashion they could have been sent out and the return taken care of.The quality of the sheets is very cheap and of no use to us. I really don't want to eat a nearly $60 loss. I would like them to initiate the return and refund our money once they receive the return by post and honor the original return period contract, which is now relapsed due to their neglect in response. This is abysmal customer service! What large company does not respond to over 6 customer contact requests over multiple contact portals for over a week and a half. Exactly how many letters do I need to write them to get them to respond? I want a refund.
