    Signed contract in June of 2023 for driveway replacement, pavers, and partial concrete apron. Work was complete on August 9th. Paid in full. Notice cracking in concrete in between pavers, and sent ***** and email on 10.29.23 w/picture. On 11.3.23 she replied that she sent to **** and he will be reaching out to me to fix the concrete. I sent an email on 11.27.23 to ***** stating I have not heard from ****. After 3 months of not hearing from ***** I sent an email to ***** on 3.7.24. I stated I did not hear from ***** and was hesitant to recommend LoChiatto to inquiring neighbors. ***** replied on 3.8.24 informing they were out for the winter and **** would reach out me ASAP to rectify my issue. 2 months go by w/no contact from ****. I sent another email to ***** on 5.28.24 requesting the owner (****) call me, since **** has not contacted me in 7 months. She replied on the same date stating she was sending over to ****, and gave me his direct phone number. I replied to ***** on 5.29.24 thanking her Marks direct number, but still wanted **** to call me. As of today (6.18.24) **** or anyone from LoChiatto have reached out me.

    These is a minor issue.

    **** said it is an easy fix  We will contact the customer when this can be taken care of   Keep in mind we schedule small repairs like this sporadically.   He is on the list for repair

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I understand that is a small repair,  However, even doing these repairs sporadically it should not have to take almost 8 months (and counting) to do.  I would like to believe that they will follow through with the repairs.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have been waiting for over a year for LoChiatto to repair cracking in between pavers that they installed in August 2023. ****** reply to my original BBB complaint was "that this a minor issue, and an easy fix We will contact the customer when this can be taken care of. Keep in mind we schedule small repairs like this sporadically. He is on the list for repair". The definition of sporadic is - something that occurs occasionally, or in irregularly or random instances. I believe sporadic repairs should occur within the time frame of a year; a more than reasonable expectation. As of the sending of this, the repairs has not been completed. The reply from LoChiatto (6/19/2024 to the BBB) was the last I have heard from them. I foolishly believed that they would follow through and make the repairs in a timely fashion.

    Advertisement was stuck on my glass door. Ripped it off and it peeled in half like a layer was peeled off. The back is still stuck. Called them on 5/31 and they said that they would be out to remove it. Called them on 6/2 and they said that they did not use adhesive and hung up me

    we do not use adhesive when we distribute fliers  They are hung on railings or door k**** with a rubberband  The last time we were distributing filers was April 18, 2024.  If it stuck to anything it was because it was sitting outside for almost 2 months and probably was affected by rain and outside weather conditions.

    September 2021, I signed a contract to replace a single driveway and a side walkway. The contractor was paid in full $4900.00 when job was completed in October 2021. In May 2022 a crack in the walkway was discovered. I call the contractor and reported the issue. When I didn't hear back after a month I called again and left a message. Nothing. The end of June I sent another email and photo's of the crack, Still did not hear back, Called again in July, I was told there was no record of my calls. Once again I explained and sent the photo's, After not hearing from them again, I phoned in August and posted the photo's on their social media account. I finally heard back and was told I was on the repair list. To date I still have not seen or heard from them and they are now avoiding my calls.
