    Transaction was on 1/29/25 for $24.95 for the online purchase of a mouse pad for a computer mouse.

    Company shared fake tracking link on 2/3/25 that was never updated to show the shipper received the package.

    I attempted to contact the company via phone, online contact form, and email numerous times between 2/3/25 and 3/3/25

    30 days later and there is no change to the tracking information, and no responses from the business to any attempts to communicate.

    I placed an order through Etsy with Epic QT for a stainless steel shelf for behind my stove on 10/20/23. I received an email confirmation for the $136.00 it cost. I started reaching out to Epic QT after about 2 weeks to find out the status of my order. Each time I called the machine said the representatives were busy with other customers and would return my call ASAP. After three times, with no response I emailed them. The website said emails would be answered within one to two days. I sent them three emails and still havent heard back. I would like my product or my money back.

    On or about May 4, 2023 I ordered - via their website - two items from Epic QT providing my credit card # for the amount due of $74.70. By email of May 4 I received an order # ********* for this order. I have heard nothing more. I have sent several emails, all rejected as undeliverable, and left several phone messages requesting a call back. No response to these calls. Also requested to make one order change - no response.If the order change I'm requesting can be made and the materials shipped and received in good order at my address NOT LATER THAN MAY 19, 2023, that is acceptable, OTHERWISE ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
