      I bought some fragrances from this fraudulent company, one of them was defective and I sent it back to the company for a replacement. This process took about 2-3 mm months just to get a return label, after they received the item, they didn't process the replacement. I had to call back multiple times and nothing gets done.
      I finally spoke to someone on 4/30 who claimed that the item is out of stock and I requested a replacement to the item with other items that costed less than the original fragrance ($27.90). He stated that he took the replacement details and that he'll raise a ticket so I should get a confirmation in about 24hrs. I call back the next day and after talking to two people they put me on hold and processed a refund to a gift card that I no longer have. I EMPHASIZED on every call that I need a replacement because they can't refund the original payment method!

      I placed an order with Gift Express on March 28,2025. The tracking number provided says "Pre-Shipment
      Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item" which means that USPS has not received the item to ship, so they have not shipped it. I have called the number in the emails and on their website eight times, which is 844-800-6161, which turns out to be a non-working number. I have emailed them numerous times and they have not responded to any emails either. I would just like the product sent to me as ordered, but by now, with their non-working phone number and not answering my emails, I am thinking they are a scam. Please help me resolve this. I have attached copies of two of the emails from them and to them from me. Thank you.

      -Placed an order with GiftExpress on 12/10/24.
      -Order -- #****** -- was for a Tommy Hilfiger 2 pc Gift Set, which included (per the photo and written description) a 3.4 oz. bottle of Tommy eau de toilette and a 3.4 oz. tube of Tommy after shave balm.
      -Received my shipment from GiftExpress on 12/19/24. Noticed right away that the set included the eau de toilette (as advertised), but it also included a 3.4 oz. tube of Tommy body wash -- and not the 3.4 oz. tube of the after shave balm.
      -Contacted GiftExpress on 12/20/24 and explained the situation, asked about returning the boxed set (or at least the body wash), & asked them how I should proceed from that point.
      -When I had not received a response, I again reached out to GiftExpress on 12/26/24 to ask about how I might go about working to rectify this matter.
      On January 8, 2025, I spoke with a customer service rep from GiftExpress and agreed to return the incorrect set. I was told I would then be sent the replacement set (that included the after shave balm) in exchange.
      -On January 10, 2025, I returned the incorrect boxed set to GiftExpress -- see attached photos showing proof of the return transaction.
      -On January 20, 2025, I received an email from GiftExpress, which read that it was a credit memo (#******) for my order. This credit memo was in the amount of $43.90.
      -To date, at no time have I seen any kind of credit from GiftExpress on my ********** statements or ******* *** (********** provider) account.
      -I have asked about this matter on at least occasions, and each time I have been responded to via email simply with the words "refund issued."
      -Again, I have checked into this "refund" several times, to no avail.
      -I have also proposed an alternate solution -- that they do NOT credit my account, but instead they resend me the incorrect set, and I will deal with the body wash accordingly ... and find the after shave balm on my own. Which I have done.
      -I have rec'd no response to this idea.
      -Reporting to BBB.
