    If i could leave a negative number I would. I'm chasing down almost $150 from an order I placed the second week of March. Told me my order shipped and there us ZERO tracking information. These guys are scammers. Try calling the number and it always says you have reached us after business hours whatever time you call and to leave an email which i have about a dozen times and nobody responds. I hope your company has the day it deserves. My bank is all over you!

    Deceptive marketing. They advertise promotions and dont honor the discount in the cart. **************** never answers the phone or return messages. Email takes days and they dont resolve the issue. They definitely earned their F rating.

    I ordered suet from this company, 11 days ago. I haven't received any shipping info, so I emailed them... not once or twice, but 3 times. I haven't gotten a reply to any of them. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - it is a scam. They charge you right away and do not answer calls or emails. You will end up disputing the charge on your credit card because you will never receive what you ordered. They should not be allowed to do business.

    Ordering from Pet Life is a big mistake. They do not answer any phone or email messages. I placed an order for 11 items they took my money immediately. I had to call and leave a message about when I would receive my order. Two weeks later I received a package with 1 item and a free gift. The package was missing 10 items. I left several phone and email messages about the shortage with not answer. I also left messages to return what they sent with no answer. They basically stole ****** from me. I believe the business is a fraud and the use it to Scam people out of their money.

    This business is a sham. $330 for an aquarium, ordered 7/2. Had contact with 3 employees, all said was shipped. Have since sent emails and left msgs. Nothing ..I'm furious

    Unlike the other review I did get half the order but seems like the aren't interested in addressing the rest of my order. Very bad business to work with. If they claim to be the only ones to sell something just don't order.

    Scammed me. I ordered a pet product with express shipping. They sent me a tracking ***** number but never sent the product. Now they will not answer any emails or phone calls. Im working with PayPal to get a refund. Come to find out, Im not the only one this has happened to. Many many others have been scammed.
