Salesman *** did a great job explaining all about the equipment, available rebates & financing. Mechanics *****, *********** did a great job installing the unit. They were clean, efficient and went beyond their responsibilities to make everything go well. 4 stars for me.***** *.************, **

1 starAfter spending 9k on AC unit after 3yrs is making a loud noise... and they still wanna charge me 95$ to look at something that is still under warranty!!! Like what kinda c*** are you selling that a 3yr old unit is already making noise like a 20yr old unit! It's all about money and not customer service!Review fromAlyssa M

We had our system put in by Edison Heating and Cooling. There were minor issues (see photo - every new vent has a pilot hole near the vent which has no function issue but aesthetically was not what I was expecting. Weve had a few services performed with nothing to note.The only reason I am writing a review now is to warn others. Our most recent service required a new part to be ordered and from the initial service appointment to diagnose the issue we were lead to believe there would be no cost associated with this replacement. We never received a quote and scheduled (with a few calls to remind the team to schedule us) to have the part replaced. The technician replaced the part and then provided a bill, which was unexpected. We expressed this and he plead that if we didnt pay, it would come out of his personal paycheck. Of course we paid, and have no issue paying for parts/services not covered. The issue is that it was not communicated with us that there would be a cost or what that would be.I spoke with ********* is customer service who was condescending and said she would pass the complaint along, but that she wasnt sure if I would receive any follow up. I followed up before writing this review and spoke with ***** who explained that with a low cost job such as anything under $1,000 there would only be a verbal quote and he was unsure why a quote was never communicated to us. Please just be aware of this before agreeing to any work with this company.Edison Heating & Cooling
