      The company keeps calling me about ******** and I tell them I don't receive ******** and then they hang up on me and the ones that let me finish saying put me on your do not disturb list and then they hang up! This company calls me every single day three to five times a day I block the number but they just call with a different number. I just want them to quiet calling me!!

      I purchased some urine zinc prostate plus pills in a store pharmacy. It has a 60-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. I took the pills as recommended. The product didn't work to my satisfaction. When I called them today, they gave me a case number of ******. They were asking for a picture of the box. I gave them all the information from the box.

      I have asked this company to take me off their list over ***************************** calling. They call between 10 and 20 times a day. They harass me.

      Im being charged on my bank account for ***** a month, and I dont know why. The telephone number related to withdrawal is ***********. When I call they are trying to sell me things such as up $medicare, direct tv, giving me freemoney, a home health monitor necklace ECT. When I ask for billing they either hang up on me or transfer me to another company , directory assistance. I have NOT had any success contacting billing, and want to speak to someone to get this off my account. A few numbers they told me to call were:*********** which they identify as Health Care Solutions.*********** ********** Or they transfer me to another department. Im frustrated and want to know how to cancel this auto withdraw. Or at least i deserve to know what its for. Each call I made today, when I would ask about billing, they would hang up on me! Thank you

      Good morning April,

       

      DSE Healthcare Solutions LLC received a letter referencing complaint ID ******** filed with Better Business Bureau. We have tried to contact the customer, *********************************** by phone, *************, and via email ********************** (see below) but have not heard back from her.

       

      DSE Healthcare Solutions LLC would like to assist to resolve the issue, however, we do not show  *********************************** as one of our customers.  The contact phone numbers provided by her in the complaint letter do not belong to DSE Healthcare Solutions LLC. We have made calls to the *************************** attempt to help her resolve the issue, but we were unable to speak with representatives and only received prerecorded promotional messages.

       

      In the customers statement ****************** refers to Healthcare Solutions, we are, DSE Healthcare Solutions LLC, we would like to assist ****************** further to help resolve the issue.

       

      Please assist in resolving this complaint,  we have not received a response from ****************** and we do not show her as DSE Healthcare Solutions LLC customer.
