  This is one of the most poorly run companies I've ever experienced in 25 years as a general construction contracting. Do not trust their ship the same day or the following day as advertised. My order was placed January 23rd ****. After numerous calls regarding my shipment and excuses upon excuses blaming weather as a reason why my shipment hasn't arrived. Requesting tracking number time and time again , receiving promises with no success. **** receipt was requested from day one finally received the paid receipt on February 15th **** One piece of three was shipped two and a half weeks later, numerous calls again more excuses no tracking numbers, I was told numerous times it was in transit which was not true. Only after stating that I was going to cancel my order and contact my credit card company I received some minimal results, again promise that it would be expedited overnight, not true. If all goes well, the two remaing pieces will be arriving on February 19th. Just short of four weeks. As a result, my project was delayed 21 days.

  Saniflo doesnt sell directly to customers. We sell through our distribution network. We have no say when it comes to this type of issues. However, we can try to assist if they would like us to get involved. We work with many online companies that use Saniflo as part of their name but please keep in mind that we have no prices or shipping informaiton on our website, www.saniflo.com, as we dont sell directly to the end-user or contractors. As mentioned though, we can try to get involved if more information is provided.

  very very bad company they said we will send you new parts but after 3 weeks nothing. Every time i ask about it, they give me excuse after excuse they gave me a tracking number and said, it will be there in 5 days that was 3 weeks ago. the fedx said "tracking number says label made item not yet received from sender", they have not sent any thing just more lies and there cheap junk only lasted 18 month what a joke your a scammer. this sb ************************* if thats even his name sounds like a drug addict, slow and stupid lazy and worthless. the whole company is bogus. same 2 workers answer the phone and give you different names trying to act like someone else.

Not sure what the customer meant by our employees changing their names but as a reputable company that has been established in the US for more than 25 years, I can look into all of this.   Ordered from Saniflo depot on 9/13/23 Did not receive the sanipro pump and toilet. It took a month of calls and emails before They informed me that they didn't charge me the full price for shipping. Wanted another $300 more. Canceled that order and ordered it from homedepot. It was due in last week on 10/24/23. Called h.d. and was told it's on back order.

  This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Have been given 3 different delivery dates and several phone calls to the company and the order is still incorrect. It has caused delays with the contractor we hired and a cascade of events waiting for this bathroom to be finished. I can never get anyone to call me, I have to continuously call and request information and tracking only to find the information is never correct, orders have not shipped, and/or orders are incorrect, etc. We are still awaiting resolution.

  We dont sell directly to the public. We sell our products through a distribution network. This complaint most likely will need to be filed against the company that sold them the product.
